Failing to wear life jackets was a factor in the deaths two Summerland brothers this weekend in Rouse Lake. 43 year old James Skog and his 42 year old brother Stephen were found by a fisherman Saturday in the lake just off the Okanagan Connector. R-C-M-P confirm neither man was wearing a life jacket when they apparently fell from their small skiff while fishing in the icy lake. The two had been on a camping trip, but police say there is no evidence of alcohol involvement.
