No gun found in shots fired report

RCMP have now confirmed no firearms were located in the search of a property north of Summlerand Wednesday.  Police were called to the North Beach Road home after a report of shots fired.  They now believe the shots heard were from bear bangers being deployed by the 49 year old suspect.  The suspect was scheduled to appear in court Thursday on a charge of uttering threats.
